Do you remember how many Manchester Busker events you took part in?

"I can't remember the exact number - there were plenty though and each one wonderful."

Do you have a particular lasting memory of any one Manchester Busker occasion?

"They all had something exceptional about them - but the outdoor one that took place after the bomb went off in the city centre was particularly special because everyone was determined to support the event inspite of all the adversity."

What do you think made Manchester Busker so special?

"Damien's and Chris Coope's enthusiasm in promoting it and the fact that you couldn't fail to enjoy it as a performer and/or member of the audience - there was just so much variety."

A considerable number of the original performers have gone on to form successful creative careers, and in some cases have gone to the top echelons of their profession. Any comments on this?

"I think everyone who's ever taken part in a busker event has been able to benefit in some way or other. On a personal note it gave me the opportunity to to get a recording contract, to perform to wider audiences and meet some terrific people. (Thanks CC!)"

Describe Chris Coupe in a sentence:

"Only one sentence??!! He's enthusiastic, loyal, good natured, passionate about what and who he promotes and oh yeh talkative!"
